How many times do you call someone, only to have to leave a voicemail and hope for a response? Not so with Jim. With Jim I thought that I was working with a brother on speed dial. He always answered my calls, many of them, navigating through the nuances of selling a home with the calm and professional advice that answered my questions, gave sage wisdom, and alleviated all my fears. Jim was an agent who always listened and, who I felt, was my personal advocate. He was not only working for me, but working with the buyer’s agent, to effect a transaction that was supremely satisfying for both parties. Mine was a remote sale, meaning that I had to rely on Jim for details of the transaction from 500 miles away. His attention to detail and full time engagement left me completely trusting and comfortable. Even from 500 miles away, I want to make a special trip to have a beer with my advocate and friend.
