Jim was a fount of knowledge and experience. It seemed selling a home that we’ve been in for 29 years was an insurmountable task, but not so. Jim helped us to get our house ready to sell, by steering us in the right direction and giving us contacts , when needed. We were able to get our house on the market by our desired due date. He was always in touch and helped us navigate all the hurdles that we thought would be so hard. He made everything easy. So great to work with, very professional.
