James was a pleasure to work with! We were out of town buyers, and only had one day to come and view properties, and he took the time to find out our preferences before meeting in person, so that he could have a jam packed itinerary ready for us of places to view. He made sure there was a wide variety and hit all the various neighborhoods we were thinking about as well as the properties we had on the top of our list. We spent the full day together, and he made it delightful and fun! Once we returned home, his excellent customer service did not end. Because he took the time to know us so well, we ended up buying a property that we did not see in person, because we trusted his opinion and knowledge of what we needed so much!
