James Taylor was the first person to contact me from Zillow once I first got the ball rolling for this whole process. From day one, James was very helpful and accommodating, reaching out by phone or by email when new listings popped up or when prices reduced, and just to chat to find out exactly what I was looking for. He was always flexible and able to meet me to look at properties as it worked out with my schedule. There was never a time when I felt that James did not have my best interests at heart, nor did I feel unimportant or neglected. He is a very down to earth and sincere guy, and very knowledgeable with all of the intricacies of his profession. He will not lead you astray or try to put you in a place that is not a perfect fit for you. He also has great contacts that he can recommend to you to assist with mortgages and legal needs as well. As daunting of a process as home buying can be, especially for a first-timer like myself, James Taylor was there every step of the way to address any questions or concerns and made the entire process as smooth as possible.

Jamie works hard to stay up to date on the real estate market, and is always sharing helpful advice. We are working with Jamie to find a potential rental property in the 300K range, and he has found some good options.
