James was fantastic from start to finish and was very open about the good the bad and the ugly on the road to what could happen during the sale of our home. As fate would have it, it seemed like most of the "this almost never happens, but COULD" did come up, but even when they did, James was excellent at helping us navigate through them. Even during the last phases of closing, we experienced a sudden death in the family and my wife and I had to sign the closing documents on opposite sides of the country. Despite how sudden it was, it seemed like only a few texts and a phone call with him to get accommodations in place as to not delay the house closing. For all the things that could go wrong, James helped make it an extremely smooth process!
