James was an absolute pleasure to work with. This was the first home buying experience for my fiance and me, and he was there every step of the way. He took us to every home we had on our list - on our schedule, walked us through every step of the process, and let us work out our thoughts on every property. He was available to answer any question we had - and there were a lot of questions. There was no pressure from him to try to fit into a place; he was willing to work with us as long as it took. In the end we found the perfect home for us in a community we didn't even dream of at the beginning of the process, and when negotiations came around, James went above and beyond to secure us everything we wanted! It truly made the home buying experience less stressful, and we are truly grateful for everything he did. We cannot recommend him enough.
