I have purchased a number of homes working with RE agents on almost all. James is without a doubt the best of all. Twice, working with James, I made offers that were accepted and then backed out in the 11th hour for different reasons. After the last one, due to the costs of upgrading I backed out. I was sitting in my hotel room scrolling through offerings on Zillow at 4 in the morning a home came on the market that was exactly what I wanted, in the price range I wanted to pay. I text James telling him i was very interested in it and asked that he get me a showing before my flight to Chicago.
