I have purchased a number of homes working with RE agents on almost all. James is without a doubt the best of all. Twice, working with James, I made offers that were accepted and then backed out in the 11th hour for different reasons. After the last one, due to the costs of upgrading I backed out. I was sitting in my hotel room scrolling through offerings on Zillow at 4 in the morning a home came on the market that was exactly what I wanted, in the price range I wanted to pay. I text James telling him i was very interested in it and asked that he get me a showing before my flight to Chicago. We bought it that day and had it off the market before anyone else could look at it. Simply put if you're in the market for a home, I strongly suggest using James. You won't be sorry.

As a family, we enjoyed LBK’S natural beauty, accessibility, variety of activities in the area, and the relaxing pace to the area. About four years ago, we decided to look at vacation properties on LBK. Our first call was to James based on a Google search...the conversation went something like this: “My wife and I want to explore condos on LBK, it’s exploratory and may take a few years to make a decision either way. Also, we don’t know much about the market and we will need to get educated and will need someone in the market to help us with that...this will likely be a long-term sales process.” James responded, with “No problem, I’m happy to help!” James set us up on the Dwell website, and as he built an appreciation for what we were looking for, he would send us information of properties coming on the market. We made a number of trips to LBK over the four years to relax and enjoy all that LBK has to offer as well as to meet with James. Over the four years we had an active dialogue with James via phone calls, emails and texting. We made a number of trips to the area and James was always available to show us properties. We finally found that place we know we had to have. James’ market knowledge was invaluable as we negotiated the purchase price, he walked us through the closing process, went to the property for our home inspection while we were up north, and joined us for our walk through and closing. James was a great resource for us through our process and continues to send us emails on activity in our community. We are very happy we found James to help us and now consider him a good friend.

James Tassell was extremely helpful and proactive throughout the selling process. He helped to drive the sale through in quick time with his flexible and can do attitude.
