From the get go, James was in Conover to greet us when we arrived to look for homes. He spent five consecutive days with us, from morning til night, showing us many communities and two lake areas. His knowledge of the Mooresville, Statesville and Hickory areas was most helpful in deciding which would be best for us. He always followed up with us each day and answered all our questions and researched several things for us.
