James has been top notch in his attentiveness and responsiveness to my wife and I's housing interests. He is patient and not pushy, yet he is not afraid to share his thoughts and opinions if you ask! I even referred a friend to him that was looking to do a short sale. Those can sometimes be rough, but James was on top of things the whole way and the sale went thru quickly and without the normal hassles associated with a short sale. I have purchased a pretty good number of properties over the years and I have lived in the OC for the past 10+ years. During that time, I have encountered a lot of real estate people. 99% are not worth the cost of a business card, but James falls into that 1% that turns a cynic into a believer!
