James was awesome, he really took the time and explained the process. We let him know what we were looking for and he gave us plenty of options, we did struggle to get an offers accepted due to the market being flooded with cash offers, but James stayed positive through it all, he informed us that there was a risk of that happening before we even started. Also Brittney is pretty great too, will definitely work with them again.

James and the team were wonderful, everything was smooth and made the sell of our home effortless. We have moved out of the state but would use him again if we ever needed someone there. I rarely recommend anyone, but I would recommend them in an instant.
