James Is the Best!

I feel very fortunate to have worked with James to sell my home and purchase a new one. He is not only very knowledgeable and experienced, but personable, collaborative and very kind. He did an incredible job listing and selling my home - the home sold in 24 hours and I received over asking. On top of that, he only charges 1% listing fee saving me thousands of dollars. He also helped me find and negotiate my new dream home and those negotiations were not easy, but he was savvy and handled it professionally.
