James uses an efficient sales model allowing him to charge 1% vs over 3%. He promptly responds to questions but not high touch proactive reach outs. If highest net cash at close is your goal odds that he matches or exceeds the competition is extremely high. If you value more handholding and are willing to pay for it other options may be viable.
