James did a good through job We worked thru some strange buyers you just kinda know some of the requests of potential buyers were out of place ,so when a solid buyer came along every thing fell Into place quite nicely that's were James earned his keep it after all was a rather complicated sale that hinged upon two other sales had to go thru prior to completion of final Transaction so all and all it went well Thanks to James and his staff Kevin r Johnson 8-17-22

This is my third experience working with James. He helped me sell my house, in a very bad market, in 2010. In 2011 he was essential in making a very good purchase of a condo, a condo that had been on and off the market for a few years. This past June helped sell this condo. James has all it takes, great people skills, deep knowledge of the current trends, a great sense of humor, always available to answer questions and a wonderful sense of humor.
