James was an absolute pleasure to work with when buying our new home in Coral Gables. In the beginning stages, he ensured we saw each and every house were interested in, and gave us excellent advice regarding the pros and cons while providing other information to think about that we hadn't considered. When we became more interested in the home we ended up purchasing, he was with us every step of the way. This is significant because it wasn't an easy decision - a home ready to move in, or a fixer upper? We chose the fixer upper but this was after many return trips to see the house and many considerations. James was thoughtful in his comments and patient with us during our decision-making process. Jimmy demonstrated himself to be a consummate professional regarding my negotiation and eventual purchase of a condominium in Key Biscayne, Florida. He is highly knowledgeable with respect to the local market, and also keeps current with external influences on the market. He does an outstanding job in negotiating with the listing broker, and is able to determine the seller's sensitivities during the negotiation process. Once the contract is executed, Jimmy stays on top of the entire process through closing. As my intent was to rent the unit, Jimmy was able to find an outstanding tenant for the condominium, the weekend following the closing.
