Jim Ritter was very knowledgeable and helped immensely in both the sale of the house I used to live in and the purchase of the new loan. I had an issue with the first financial institution I was dealing with and he pointed me to another financial institution that was able to complete the mortgage process allowing me to purchase the new home. No matter time of day he was always available to answer whatever questions I had and was always keeping me abreast of where we stood along the process route. Will recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house or property.
