During the buying process he worked hard to make sure everything was done and did alot of follow up to make sure the inspection items that needed to be corrected were corrected. Jim Rechtin is exactly the kind of agent you want to deal with when looking for and finding your dream home. In spite of Jim not being local, he was always available to us, for answering questions and guiding us through the daunting task of getting a mortgage. He knew the right people to help make the process as smooth as can be possible. There was total communication during the entire process. In spite of a few rough spots at the end with the a few businesses involved in the mortgage process, Jim was excellent, cool headed and totally available 24/7. Jim was the selling agent when we sold our deceased mother's home. He helped us confront some fairly common obstacles (home inspection repairs) and one uncommon one (roof tiles blown off by Hurricane Ian.)
