James helped a friend of mine buy properties and he did an excellent job. When it was my turn to buy a property I reached out to him. He did an outstanding job again. Additionally, he stayed ahead of the mortgage process and knew what was coming down the road. He was always available for me to ask questions and get a better understanding of the process. One of James' biggest goals is to make his clients happy. He would remind me of that as he worked diligently to get us to closing. This helped me feel confident during the process.
