James helped the reviewer buy this property

First time home buyer

Jim is an incredible agent. With being first time home buyers, he answered A LOT of questions, at some very random times. He took what we were looking for, in the budget we were looking to be within and provided us great options, allowing us to guide the decision. Once we found a house, he seamlessly helped us sell ours. He used his knowledge of the markets to help us get the best price, very quickly. We were signed and under contract in TWO DAYS! If you’re looking for someone with a ton of knowledge, offers flexibility and makes you feel supported through the process, then Jim is your guy!
