He spoiled me for future dealings with those providing services...he was very responsive, was able to answer my questions, was wonderful about my various and difficult demands and did, in fact, fulfill all of my needs. Never met anyone who was so very good .... and more than met every requirement. Now, everyone I deal with strikes me as a little inferior...I compare their services to James, and nobody quite comes up to the mark.

Fabulous Relator! We met James back in 2012 by sheer coincidence. We were looking on a real estate website when we saw a home we wanted to tour. James' info scrolled on the side of the listing and we emailed to see the property. He was quick to respond and got us a tour that same evening. We didn't end up buying that house but James has help us buy/sell 4 houses. Our listing websites were always top notch with high quality photos and creative descriptions. He guided us through the buying/sales process with advise on how to price to get top dollar and helped us negotiate the best deal. James always help with advise on the financials too- which types/terms of the loans would yield the best outcome for what we are looking to accomplish. Thank you for putting up with my "non"picky- pickiness and helping us find our forever home.
