James Phelps is The Best
We cannot recommend James Phelps enough. He was wonderful at guiding us through the process that had some ups and downs. He was always quick to provide information and answers. His attention to detail is amazing and we always felt he was looking out for us. His worth ethic and integrity is the highest. What's even better is that he and his wife have become friends and even helped us move it to our new house. If you are fortunate enough to have Jim as your realtor, you are in good hands!
