First of all, James came to meet my husband and I for what we thought was just going to be a market analysis. He was able to show how we could afford the home we really wanted. Let's just say that within 2 months my husband (who was against selling his home of 20 yrs) decided to put the home on the market. He worked closely with us to get our home sold, which resulted in acquiring offers within a few short days of being on the market! We signed the contract on our new home and due to covid, the building process was a long and rocky process. On days that my husband and I were frustrated with our builder, he encouraged us to "trust the process." Through it all he remained calm, cool and collected, and would always address our concerns to the builder directly. James became a trusted friend that we will keep closeby forever. The end result was a beautiful dream home that we are growing to love more each day.
