We had a wonderful experience working with James. We used him as our Selling agent for our home in Clarksville, TN and our Buying agent for our new home in Murfreesboro, TN. Throughout the process he was incredibly knowledgeable about the industry and market areas. We ran into a few setbacks when we listed our home in Clarksville, TN. This was no fault of either party, but due to market shifts and mortgage rates. Although this delayed us a couple months in the end everything worked out perfectly. When we got our home under contract, we explored both newly built homes and older homes.
