Absolutely the best realtor I have ever worked with and I have worked with several realtors. Jim was so quick to respond to every call or text even when he was on vacation! Not many realtors would take their personal time to work with clients. He is extremely knowledgeable and very personable which made many difficult situations manageable. I am a paralegal and he knew many of the advanced concepts that I presented to him. I was extremely impressed and I don’t have this high of respect for many individuals! He answered all of our questions even about complex matters which is a very rare trait. Jim made the entire process palatable, potential problems were identified early. A great realtor, like Jim, can make or break your buying or selling experience. Very clear and concise with his communication. We were more at ease and confident with our choice of property and realtor. He is the best of the best, he will meet or exceed all if your expectations. I am so happy that Jim was our realtor. We sold and bought at the same time, same closing day on both properties which required a lot of coordination. We met Jim back in 2018 after working with several real estate agents while looking for a beach property. First, Jim is a genuinely nice guy. Second, he knows his trade (trends, market, contractors, insurance agents, paperwork, processes, environment and all other key property acquisition services). We’ve now known and worked with Jim for 17 months. We were new to Florida and didn’t know a thing about Flagler County.
