My experience with James was a nice and pleasant one He never gave up on us he help us to the end . He help us get a nice mobile home. He never got mad with us even though we where some time to deal with he knew what to do and say and just help us get what we need . If I need to sell or buy a other home I would call him and I would referral to a friend or family member that’s for sure
James is very knowledgeable about the process, very professional and patient, and has great communication skills. My husband and I almost backed out during the process but James helped change our minds. He also referred us to a good FL real estate agent to help us sell our FL house.
James had been assigned to us through relator, we were happily surprised at how quick he got in contact with us, he helped us find lenders, he really guided us since me and my husband were first time mobile home buyers and we didn’t know where to begin. After he took us to look at multiple homes in our price range Helped set up the appraisal and inspection, walked us through the insurances needed for escrow and if & when we had questions or problems he always helped us through them, he was always a phone call or text away, he was always easy to communicate with and helped explain documents we needed to sign. He Helped get us into our first home.
I came across James from a Co-worker. My family and myself were looking for a real estate agent to help us find our dream home along help us understand the process, we never expected to come across a very helpful individual like James. James kept us informed during the entire process from start to closing escrow. We never had to call him for an update. If we had any questions/concerns he was always there, one phone call away.
