Jims connections, knowledge, prompt responsiveness, clear communication, and professionalism have left me no less than impressed. As a first time homebuyer he had lifted my insecurities and took the time to educate and answer all my questions so I was comfortable and understanding with any decisions. He was a great negotiator with realistic expectations. With my budget in a difficult market, he still made me feel like I was top priority.
