James was very responsive. We were out of state buyers and he spent a lot of time looking at houses for us. He visited, he got pictures and measurements and he continuously kept us updated. After a few weeks of calibrating by reviewing listings he quickly identified the homes that could work. My son had several experiences with Jim, both in selling and buying, and his recommendation of Jim was spot on.
Jim was great! I honestly don't think I'd have made it through this entire process with anyone else! He's got a guy for everything he can't handle himself and helps every step of the way! Can't recommend him enough!

for starters jim was go, go, go from the moment i contacted him. he helped my best friend buy her first house and turned around and did the same thing for me. i didn’t have the easiest situation to work with as far as my loan and the amount i was approved for but, jim got me exactly what i needed and it was quick and easy. top notch service and in record time. goes the extra mile, and with his resources and connections it’s a one stop shop. highly recommend to anyone and everyone.
