James was an excellent realtor throughout the entire home buying process. Was very willing to show us multiple houses and didn't hesitate to point out negatives or potential set backs with each home. He knew the process for a new home buyer. Thats really about all i can say. As far as looking for properties i did all the leg work. Also said he would send me "something" when the sale ended. Never did. Kind of goes along with my whole experience with him.
