A great personable experience
When I was looking to sell my house, I went down the street to ask my neighbor Jim Miller to get the job done. After looking into the best possible price, he arranged for a photographer to showcase the house and invested in strategic advertising that got over 25 potential buyers into the house in just a couple weeks. Once we got an offer, he even helped me with some of the repairs that needed to be done with the house. Jim and his transaction coordinator had all of the paperwork in order and the process went off without a hitch, which has not been my real estate experience in the past. I highly recommend coming to Jim Miller if you need to sell your house.
