James Meyers

James Meyers was a pleasure to work with while purchasing our home. He was very knowledgeable about properties in the area and helped guide us through the entire process, making sure we were well-informed on decisions. His response time was impressive and I feel like he really took the time to help us with whatever we needed. When some issues arose during the home inspection James went to the seller and negotiated a fair deal on the purchase price and we could not be happier! I would highly recommend working with James Meyers.

James Meyers was our realtor for the estate sale of a home owned by a family member for 25 years. He was invaluable in giving ideas in preparing the house for sale as well as doing a thorough analysis of area sales data in establishing a recommended price for the home. James kept us informed of any activity pertaining to showings, inquiries, and feedback from other realtors prior to the sale. When we received a contract he continued to handle the negotiations carefully and with attention to detail. He is professional as well as pleasant and friendly, and his integrity is of the highest calibre. James helped us in a purchase of a home several years ago and if we have need of a realtor in the future, he will be our first choice.

James is throrough and detailed. He is also honest and straight forward, which we appreciate. He is knowledgable about the market and if we had questions and he did not know the answer he would track it down. He was patient with us , the other listing agent, and the seller, and kept our banker on task.

James is extremely knowledgeable and experienced as well as approachable and easy to work with. He helped us find and negotiate the purchase of our dream property, as well as sold our prior home. He has an extraordinary attention to detail and is very diligent about addressing every question or issue that arises. He went the extra mile (or two!) in both transactions he worked through for us. James is also patient, kind and good-humored through what can be a very stressful process for buyers/sellers. I would recommend James to anyone who is buying or selling their home. His professionalism was very impressive from the first to the last day. Always there to answer my questions and letting me know what was going on at all times. He gave me the time I needed to make decisions with out being pushy and gave me great advice. Will be giving him a call if I ever decide to sell or buy in the future.
