Fabulous experience due to an excellent agent

Agent Jim Lorch has gone far above expectations. I had a lot of set backs during my selling process and he was there for me every step of the way. He helped me find the right people to fix the issues , was on the phone with me daily to make sure everything was okay, and basically helped me navigate all I needed to do. Jim treated me like family and I knew I could call him with anything I needed. The emotional support was a Godsend. I would recommend Jim to anyone wishing to sell their home, he knows what needs to be done, he makes sure you understand the process, and above all he truly cares.
