When my wife and I were preparing to list our house, a couple of our friends and family members recommended Jim Lorch–and I am so glad they did! When you first meet Jim, it becomes very apparent that he has a servant’s heart. He is kind, knowledgeable, and he clearly cares deeply about his clients. Jim is extremely professional and he quickly alleviated any concerns or questions we had about the process (this was our first time ever selling a home!). Throughout the process, Jim was incredibly intentional about making sure we felt heard and that we understood what steps were being taken. We truly felt like we were in a partnership and we always felt like a priority. Jim was so prompt on responding to emails, texts, and calls, and he always kept us continually informed about the progress being made. Jim also helped our family and prospective buyers feel safe. That may sound a little strange, but in the wake of 2020 and a global pandemic, Jim went to great lengths to make sure that we had a safe and healthy home during showings by providing masks and instructions for anyone who would be walking through our house. As we look back on the process of listing and selling our home, I don’t believe things could have gone any smoother! During the transition it was such a blessing to fully focus on packing, moving, and future planning—because we had full confidence and trust in Jim.
