James Lorch
Trustworthy Conscientious Realtor
When Jim heard that a family member had died and we needed to sell his house, he enthusiastically offered to be our selling agent, even though the house is more than an hour drive from Lapeer. We have not bought or sold real estate in over 30 years, so Jim thoroughly explained how things work now. Although the house needed updating and improvements, there was no money in the estate to pay for that. So Jim helped us to price the house accordingly, yet still within the market for the neighborhood, and prepare it for photos and showings. We had a full price offer within one week. Jim helped us through a tough time as a family, and we are grateful.

Thank you so much, Carol, for sharing your experience. I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to assist you during such a challenging time. It was important for me to make sure you felt comfortable and informed throughout the process, especially after being away from the real estate market for so many years. I'm delighted we could position the house effectively, resulting in a swift full-price offer that led to a closing. It was a pleasure to work with you, and I'm glad I could provide some peace of mind along the way. Thank you for trusting me to guide you through the home-selling process!
