Jim far exceeded my expectations

Jim far exceeded my expectations. He always kept me informed, explained all steps in the process, listened to my concerns and many times had excellent solutions to any problems that had to be handled. I felt that my needs were of the utmost importance to Jim. It really was a privledge working with him.
