Our home was sold quickly and smoothly

We contacted Jim about listing our home on 78 acres which included a ranch home, pole barn, and many other farm related out buildings. We were looking to downsize and move closer to the Lapeer area. Jim contacted us back immediately and made visits to our farm many times with comps, ideas, and suggestions on selling our home. We did list our home with Jim and Coldwell Banker. He is very thorough and paid a lot of attention to detail. Quick to answer our calls and questions. He walked the property, all 78 acres to better be able to list it and answer questions of any potential buyers. Our home was sold quickly and smoothly. He was with us every step of the way thru the closing. We in turn bought a home, which he took us through and we are happy with our new home which we purchased thru Jim. Very happy with Jim’s service to us.
