Online Shopping in a Crazy Market

We were so grateful for Jim. We were moving from Texas to Michigan and therefore could not be physically present to look at any houses. He would go to each house and set up a zoom conference so we could see as much as possible. He was great at trying to give us a real picture of what it was like and gave great attention to detail. He never made us feel rushed or a burden. He was very accommodating. He also gave great recommendations to help our offer be accepted (quite a challenge in this market!). He walked us through every step of the process several times to ensure we knew exactly what was going on and how to proceed. We love our home and the offer we made on it. We can’t say enough great things about Jim!
