I am so grateful for all the service James gave me, both in the sale of my old condo and the purchase of my new one. He worked indefatigably in the sale of my old condo. He had a great understanding of the market and was optimistic even when suddenly the showings slowed down. He kept marketing it and marketing it; and ended up selling it fairly quickly at a higher price than we expected. He was always on top of it, always attentive, and always taking care of all the details that came up, even things that he was not required to attend to! In many ways the purchase of my new condo was more difficult. There were many small changes which came up and James did not complain about writing addendum after addendum for these changes, which he did so promptly and so professionally. He was always very consientious and took great care with all the details in the contract and in the addendums. He negotiated with great skill and tactfulness and I was able to purchase my new property at a great price. There were problems with the title. There were problems procuring the elevator for my move-out from the old condo and the move-in into the new one, but James persevered working out all the problems and assuring that the move went smoothly. He referred me to the wonderful movers and the cleaning lady who helped make my move go so smoothly. I cannot thank him enough for all his caring and thoughtfulness. He went far beyond the call of duty, helping me in ways small and large. I will always be grateful for all his help.
