Jimmy is a residential sales associate in the Funkhouser Real Estate Group Harrisonburg office and helping clients in Rockingham, Page, Shenandoah and Warren Counties. He bought his first home in Downtown Harrisonburg in 2015 and began to realize his interest in becoming a REALTOR through that process. Jimmy has experience in the real estate industry working for a title company as an abstractor and settlement agent. As the real estate market shifted in the 2000’s, he pursued an interest in cosmetology and earned his license in 2009. Jimmy’s work in that industry has afforded him the opportunity to build relationships throughout the community and gain the important skills of listening to client’s needs and providing quality service. A resident of the Shenandoah Valley for most of his life, Jimmy was born in Harrisonburg and grew up in Rileyville where he gained an appreciation of the beautiful landscape of the valley. He enjoys exploring the valley with friends, traveling, trying new restaurants and touring wineries and breweries.
