We found Jim Kleczewski in 2014 when we were looking to buy a piece of land to build a cabin on. We had a women but she wasn't that great. That Sharon B. realtor up there she didn't have any information on any of her own listings. We came across Jim & he was amazing. We would come up on Saturdays for at least a year & he would spend 8 to 10 hours with us never complaining about the long days just took us to look at properties that he had done some research on. We finally found a property and placed an offer. It was a difficult property the listing agent was that Sharon B. lady & as usual she had NOT information on her own listing. SO Jim ended up spending hours upon hours, days & weeks getting information from the county & from other sources to get everything we needed on the property. Then we closed on it. WE ended up doing a lot of work, getting the septic system in, getting the well put in and then we decided it was just too long of a drive so Jim listed it & withing a few weeks we had several offers and our property was sold. He handled everything amazing we didn't even have to make trips to Prescott. We will be using him again to find another piece of land. We are building a 11,000 sq ft custom home down in the Valley and once we are done we will be looking for land again to purchase in Prescott so that we can build a cabin. We will be using Jim Kleczewski again. He was the best Realtor in Prescott we have ever came across. You will be sorry if you don't use him. He truly cares for his clients and will bust his butt & go out of his way to make sure that you find the piece of property that fits your needs.
Jim was very knowledgeable about Prescott land and builders. In our first day we looked at a cabin and 5 lots. We found the perfect 2acres! He was quick to respond to all questions and was helpful facilitating our transaction. He went above and beyond recommending builders to meet with and researching our questions. He spent the timet o get all of the improvements that we had done on the land & took care of getting every thing he needed. He was always on top of our property & served us well. We have been with Jim since 2014 when we were looking for land and always made the time to take us to all the land parcels we ask to see.
