James was very good

My wife and I were looking for a home while living out of state. James was great in communicating with us and keeping us updated on a home we had placed an offer on. James also made arrangements for all the required inspections and was readily available to show us the house when we arrived in Dallas. James assisted us to find a suitable resolution to concerns we had regarding the negotiations. James also accompanied us to closing explaining any questions we had. We were very pleased with James and recommend him as a realtor and would use him again.
