I found Jim to be a very competent and honest realtor. Being a first time seller I was understandably nervous about it. He assuaged all my fears and answered all my many questions. He worked diligently to get me a good price for my property and I did. I will certainly use his services again in the future as I have great confidence in him. Thank you Jim.
Just closed on the sale of our home on 9/17/21. Jim Engstrand was awesome in helping us get the house ready for sale. We were surprised get 10 showings and two offers over a four day period after listing. He kept us up to date on the progress of the sale right up to closing. I highly recommend Jim to help with the sale of your home.
