When Jamie started working with us he was kind of thrown into a sticky situation. My husband and I were having a hard time finding a home that didn't have multiple competing offers in already or wouldn't need $100,000+ worth of work. Jamie spent many months showing us house after house, spending long hours walking us through offers and negotiations and watching us get more and more discouraged. Almost a year after beginning our search we found the most beautiful home at the perfect time. My wife and I had been home shopping for about 6 months on our own...and another 3 months or so with various realtors referred to us by coworkers/friends, but we never really felt as though they were listening to what we were looking for and were always trying to sell us on what we weren’t looking for. We decided to go back to doing it ourselves and stop wasting time that our busy schedules didn’t allow looking at houses that didn’t meet our criteria. During one of our weekend 8-10 open house tours we came across James at an open house he was hosting. Although the house he was showing turned out to not meet our needs, he asked and listened to what we wanted and began showing us houses that were what we were looking for! We sure wish we had found him back at the beginning. He was extremely understand, patient and helpful to us as first time home buyers, while the journey was long and hard, he was there whenever an issue arose in the process of mortgage/ settlement. I would strongly urge anyone reading this to reach out to him, as I’m sure anyone lucky enough to work with him will have the best experience you can have during the stressful process.
