Jim walked my wife and I through the entire process of selling, before we even agreed to list our house. It didn't matter what kind of question I had, Jim answered them all and I didn't feel like I was bothering him. I feel Jim gave us his undivided attention no matter how busy he was. Jim did an excellent job of guiding me through the task of selling my mother's house. His use of the on-line signatures to take care of the paperwork involved was extremely helpful considering I had a brother in Ohio and another in Pennsylvania that had to sign everything.
