He advised me on how to buy a home on contingency while I was waiting to sell my house in NY. He was very prompt in showing us 6 houses that we liked and the last one was the one that I bought. His advice was excellent in recommending inspections and insurance and he was there at the final walkthrough and closing and made the arrangements for me as I was still in NY.
