Close connection and Real care.
He seemed to know a fair amount about the market, and truly wants you to be happy with your home, avoiding terrible deals. He's biggest strength is easily the communication, doesn't matter if it's 2pm in the afternoon or 2am in the morning, he seemed to always be awake and ready to happily talk about any situation. Only thing he will out above your time is his son, which I would say is a good thing.
