James was the best we could have. He was such a hard worker. Moved super fast to help insure we got to see houses and make an offer. I couldn’t emphasize stronger how much I’d recommend him to others looking for a house. He’s the best in the biz.

James did a phenomenal job with finding me exactly what I wanted which was no easy task. He even went as far as to write a letter to each homeowner in the subdivision I wanted to live asking them to let him know if they were selling. While I did not end up choosing a house in that location, this act shows how dedicated James is to finding the perfect house for you! I used James in the middle of the quarantine/shelter in place and James was always available to talk about anything going on with the home buying process. He was willing to meet me early in the morning due to the fact that I work nights and needed to see houses on my way home. James seemed to know someone in every area of help I needed like the home inspection, mortgage lender, chimney inspection, etc. which made things so much easier because I didn’t have to research for the best services/prices. Overall, if I could give James 10 stars I would! I highly recommend him for any type of real estate you are looking for!
