He lived up to his assessment of the property

We met with multiple agents. Jim was the only one willing to give us options as to what we could expect. Selling the house to a flipper was the easy way out. Jim was convinced there was a buyer who would get us a much better price, we just needed to wait a little longer. It turns out he was right. Jim kept us in the loop about all the feedback and assured us we were doing the right thing. All we have to say now is Thanks Jim!
