So my husband and I were kicking around the idea of moving, thinking of a home with more functional space suited to our lifestyle. My husband happened to mention this to James at the golf range, and before you know it, James asks us for our Wish List and for the opportunity to show us some houses. After viewing houses hither and yon, we ended up with a house a mere ½ mile away, which gave us everything we wanted and kept us close to our friends and my 93-year-old mother. Aside from his positive and energetic attitude, he doesn’t drop the ball on ANYTHING, and if the other side is slow to action, James keeps after them until all items are addressed satisfactorily in a respectful but dogged manner.
