My husband and I worked with James recently for buying a house. After a devastating blow from not selling our house from another state I thought it was the end of buying a house and there were no other options; James did not give up. He did research and explored other opportunities that enabled us to buy a home and cease paying rent on an apartment. We finally found someone who actually cares, listens, pays attention to what we wanted and stayed within our budget. He is very informative. James is an awesome person and a great realtor. In addition, he has incredible knowledge of the real estate market, we learned a lot from him. We would recommend James to anyone and everyone for any real estate need. Tony and Maria
