James Harvey is a Rock Star at what he does. Do business with him once and he is likely to become a member of your family. He found us our home in Westminster during a sellers market where every home sold, sold in a day and had 15 back up offers and bidding wars were the norm of the day. He helped us step in when a deal blew up and our loan approval and cash down payment carried a lot of clout. We got a lot for our money on the buy side. He sold the same home 17 years later during a buyers market where low balling and underbidding was the norm of the day. We had to sell in a hurry as we had made a bid on a newly constructed home and we were given 60 days to close the deal or loose the opportunity. He got us pretty good value given the "fire sale" nature of the transaction. He negotiated a no repairs offered sale and our home had lots of differed maintenance. He definitely earned his commission on the buy side through his expert negotiation skills by getting us a $30,000 credit for some misrepresentations that occurred during the buy side transaction. He has always been there for us 24 / 7 and I could not recommend him highly enough.

He did for me more than I could imagine! At the beginning of the process he helped to make an offer I wanted even if it was quite under asking price with no problem. Throughout the whole process he called on my behalf, communicate with everyone and answered his phone either right away or called me back within short period of time. He negotiated repair cost with the seller, he went above and beyond to get me more money to cover cost. I forgot to mention that I'm a single mom working very hard for years to finally become first time homebuyer. I don't make much and I didn't buy expensive house, mine was just 270k a little 2 bedroom condo that thanks to James I can call my own now!!!
