Overall great job. Strengths: Jamie is very hard working. What I appreciate about Jamieis that if he did know something about a property or location, he would find out the answers. Jamie is also very responsive to calls an texts. When visiting properties, it was nice to have Jamie’s input as he brought great insight and brought to our attention matters that we would have missed. Would have been more helpful if he prepared written sample questions on what to ask when inspecting properties and upcoming deadlines as well as availability for property inspections.

It was a great experience working with James during our home selling experience. He recently sold my uncle's property and was referred to us by my uncle. He was very professional and attentive. Jamie was very knowledgeable and kept everyone in the loop throughout the process. He did not hesitate to jump in and make the hard calls when things hit a snag. He found ways through the loopholes and was diligent to the very end. What started as a two week escrow took 90 days, but Jamie persevered and when escrow finally closed, he had maintained a civil relationship with all parties.
